Art gives us a place to put the things we don’t have words for.
The weight we’re carrying… the hope we’re holding… the pieces we’re still figuring out.
When we create, we don’t have to explain — we can just feel.
And sometimes that’s exactly where healing begins.

How has your definition of ‘strength’ changed in recovery?
At one point, strength may have meant staying silent, holding it all in, or pushing through pain.
Now, it might look like asking for help. Taking a rest. Letting yourself feel.
That shift is healing. That shift is power.

💬 Share what strength means to you now.

If this season feels heavier than usual, you’re not alone.
You don’t have to explain it, fix it, or power through it.
Small comforts count - things that help you breathe, slow down, and feel grounded.
We’re holding space for you this month. 💚

You aren`t ungrateful just because you`re frustrated with your situation. You can feel upset while still being grateful for what you have. Two things can be true at the same time.

Sometimes our beliefs about ourselves get shaped by old experiences, old stories, or things we were told long before we knew better.
Art has a way of loosening those knots.

You don’t need to be an artist.
You don’t need the “right” supplies.
You just need a moment to create without judging yourself.

Try this today:
• grab a blank page
• pick a color that matches how you feel
• make marks, shapes, lines… anything
• let your hands move before your thoughts jump in

You might be surprised by what comes up- or what softens.

Creative expression can help us reconnect with parts of ourselves we’ve ignored, quieted, or forgotten.
It’s not about making something pretty.
It’s about giving your inner voice a place to speak.

If you try it, tag us or send a pic.
We love seeing your creations, messy and real.

Holiday pressure is real.
If your energy is low, your mood is off, or you’re just not feeling festive, that’s valid.
You’re allowed to choose comfort over expectations.
This month, we’re focusing on softness, grounding, and giving yourself room to feel what you feel.
